• If it’s your first time to Laluna, come at least 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and ask questions.
  • Familiarize yourself with the type of class being offered at the time (check the schedule)
  • Arrive early enough to give yourself a couple of minutes to relax prior to the start of class.
  • Change rooms are available.
  • Come hydrated and/or bring your water with you. Avoid caffeinated products before class.
  • Enjoy a cup of tea on us… tea is available at the front reception.
  • Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Avoid a big meal just before class.  (A small snack is probably fine.)
  • Bring your mat with you.  If you forgot, or don’t have one, we have a limited number available to borrow.
  • If anything has changed in your health status, please inform your teacher prior to the start of class.
  • Blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are provided for your use, but please don’t hesitate to bring your own if you’d like.
