Stretch to Win - Fascial Stretch Therapy® is a neuromyofascial manual therapy that focuses on releasing tension in our connective tissue system rather than isolated muscle treatment. Fascia essentially acts as an envelope along your entire body, connecting muscles, skin and organs. Our body is one unit, and must be treated this way. 

Imagine wearing a full body suit, and trying to twist a section of the fabric into a knot. The moment you tug on the fabric, you will feel it pulling from multiple areas along the body. This is exactly how your fascia acts - everything is connected. The fascial tissue can also hold onto toxins and emotions, which causes pain and/or discomfort. This technique allows the body to be treated in its entirety. 

A typical FST session lasts an hour, and is always seen as an assessment.

Every body is different and may require a different sequence of stretches.

This technique is very non invasive and should not cause any pain. The

treatment is almost fully passive for the client and is done on a massage

table.
