Restorative yoga has long been lauded for its ability to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, optimize healing, improve flexibility and some studies have shown these processes to help reduce subcutaneous fat. It is a prop intensive practice, using bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to support the body as it enters a deep state of relaxation. Each pose is held between 5 and 12 minutes and vary in intensity of stretch.
All WORKSHOPS require a minimum of 6 people (pre-registered) or the class may be canceled/rescheduled.
