Colette and Carol are excited to offer something NEW! This Yoga-Rhythm Workshop combines the linear flows of Yoga with the uninhibited 360-degree movements of dance to improve your mental and physical strength, dexterity and freedom.
It's all about achieving length and coordination in the body. For instance, our plan includes your standard Yoga postures including Warrior and Downward Dog, but also incorporates dance movements such as Demi Pointe and Passe.
The workshop will be progressive in nature so no prior dance knowledge or even good coordination is needed. Beginners are welcome because in this case we expect everyone to be beginners. We also expect to laugh at ourselves and have some fun.
